Surface Preparation
Bead-blast all coating surfaces to a near white metal finish. This ensures strong adhesion and a clean foundation for the coating system.
Corrosion Repair
Anywhere there is corrosion or deterioration, we repair and restore the structural integrity and make sure the surface is appropriate for coating.
Epoxy Coating Application
We apply a premium 100% epoxy solution. Each coat is applied at 10–15 mils for strong durability and protection. This will create a waterproof and seamless barrier that isolates dissimilar metals, stops further corrosion, and extends the service life of your chiller.
