Cooling Tower Refurbishment
Preparation
Survey the sump, seams, wet deck, and sidewalls. We prepare the surfaces for adhesion and repair.
Application
The non-microbial liquid membrane system is installed across the entire sump area, topped over the wet deck, and up the sides. This barrier prevents corrosion, microbial growth, and leaks.
Time
For most tower sizes, the system is back online within 24 hours. Larger units may need up to three days to come back online.
Repair
We work on any existing cracks or joint failures, keeping a watertight, long-lasting result.
